Japanese Forged 1050 Wakizashi in Brown
Availability: 10 in stock
SKU: WAK-005This wakizashi (脇差), the short sword that samurai carried alongside the katana to form the daishō (大小, "large and small"), is forged from 1050 carbon steel and replicates the same colour scheme as the katana and tantō from the same line: a glossy black scabbard and a braided brown cord handle. The manufacturer confirms that the blade has a real edge, unlike the tantō from this same line, which is decorative.
