Forged German Dagger with Wooden Handle and Bronze-Tone Fittings
Availability: 11 in stock
SKU: DAG-009In the late Middle Ages, daggers with narrow, pointed blades became widespread in the Germanic world: their shape allowed them to penetrate the gaps in the plate armour worn by warriors of the time. This German-style forged dagger follows that model, with a long, thin blade, a wooden handle, and bronze-toned fittings—a sober and functional combination typical of everyday weapons in the 15th century. It is a design inspired by originals from that period.
